Franchisees can offer their clients the full breadth of Blue Arrow Care expertise, all supported by the expert onboarding support team at Blue Arrow Care.

One of the main benefits of franchising with Blue Arrow Care is that it is a business partnership between Franchisee and Franchisor. Head office support is essential, especially in the early trading days of the franchise. However, support will always be readily available. We will provide you with a hands on approach gradually stepping back to allow you to take complete control as you become more confident, professional and established. 

It is our aim to provide a nation-wide, quality service to customers with an emphasis on personal service and professionalism. 

What we will support with:

  • Support with CQC Application & Support around the Quality Statements
  • Coaching for CQC Interviews for both Directors & Registered Care Managers 
  • 1-2-1 support from your assigned The Blue Arrow Care Group Onboarding Team Member
  • Training days including Registered Manager Training, Compliance Modules and more 
  • Ongoing support once you start operating in the form of training sessions, away days, availability to answer questions and provide expertise where needed

There will be a dedicated inspector for each region who will be your point of contact. Should you need ongoing support, day to day advice or have any questions, you can easily reach out for clarification or reassurance that you’re on the right track.
